iciHaiti – PNH : New Director of Cupboard of Frantz Elbé

Inspector Common Jackson Hilaire has been put in as the brand new Chief of Employees of the Performing Director Common of the Nationwide Police of Haiti (PNH), Frantz Elbé.
He replaces Inspector Common Jean Gardy Muscadin on this place, who has been referred to as upon to carry different positions throughout the police establishment.
Let’s recall that Jackson Hilaire occupied since December 9, 2019, the place of Director of the Border Police (PoliFront).
Coming from class 7 of the 1995 promotions, he rose by the ranks : Police Inspector (08/21/1997), Police Commissioner (08/30/2005), Divisional Commissioner (12/29/2015).
He’s a graduate of the Nationwide College of Police Officers (ENSOP, France), a graduate of the “Inter American Protection School” (IADC, USA) and holds a Grasp’s diploma in Safety and Protection.
