CAP-HAÏTIEN — After artisans, entrepreneurs, and cooks displayed meals, clothes equipment, drinks, and extra in the course of the Notre-Dame Grand Truthful on Aug. 15, it was time for a few of Cap-Haïtien’s rara band musicians to showcase their skills on The Boulevard the next day.

Certainly, on Friday, about 5 rara bands participated in Rara Fest, an occasion that’s a part of the month-long celebration of Cap-Haïtien’s 354th anniversary.

Along with the rara bands, fashions adorned in varied costumes marched, and dancers carried out on The Boulevard.

Rara Fest was a part of Okap Flavors, a collection of occasions organized by the media group Sakapfèt Okap for the month-long celebration of the town’s anniversary.
